Party and Event booking

For those seeking an exclusive affair, we offer the unique opportunity to rent out the entire arcade during non-public hours. Party Room Rental

$150 for a 2-hour rental + Price of admission per guest

This option is for renting out our party room during our regular business hours:

  • Thursday: 4pm - 9pm
  • Friday: 4pm - 11pm
  • Saturday: 11am - 11pm
  • Sunday: 11am - 7pm

The party room has seating for around twenty-five people, large tables, and plenty of space for bringing in food and gifts for the celebration.  

Admission:

  • Kids 5 and under are Free
  • Ages 6-15 are $10.00
  • Ages 16 and older are $20.00

This includes unlimited free play on 600 machines.  Even when the party ends, you can remain in the arcade until closing with your admission wristband.

*For parties for ages 15 and under, the party room rental also includes one free adult per invited guest.  Additional guests will be charged regular admission prices.

There is a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to secure your reservation.  You will pay the remainder of the room rental as well as admission costs for your guests on the day of the event.

Facility Rental

$150 an hour + Price of admission per person

This option is for renting out Past Times.  You will have access to the entire 600+ game collection on free play, as well as the party room, for a place to serve any food and beverages you bring in. 

This option is only available when Past Times is not open for regular business hours to the public.  The private rental is available Tuesday and Wednesday at any time, as well as Thursday and Friday before 4:00 pm.

There is a two hour and twenty adult admission ($20.00 per person) minimum for a private facility rental unless otherwise approved by management. 

There is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to secure your reservation.  You will pay the remainder of the facility rental as well as admission costs for your guests on the day of the event.
