Party Room Rental
$150 for a 2-hour rental + Price of admission per guest
This option is for renting out our party room during our regular business hours:
- Thursday: 4pm - 9pm
- Friday: 4pm - 11pm
- Saturday: 11am - 11pm
- Sunday: 11am - 7pm
We’re excited to host birthday parties for kids ages 8 and up, as well as adults of all ages! Our party room may be decorated to fit your celebration and includes four 8-foot tables—one designated for food and paper products and three for guest seating, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests. Additional chairs are available upon request. Past Times offers a catering menu for your convenience, or you’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Admission Rates:
- Kids 5 and under are Free
- Ages 6-15 are $10.00
- Ages 16 and older are $20.00
Admission includes unlimited free play on our 600+ machines. Once your party concludes, guests are welcome to remain in the arcade until closing with their admission wristband.
For birthday parties with guests ages 15 and under, the party room rental includes one complimentary adult admission per invited child to assist with supervision on the arcade floor. Additional guests will be charged regular admission rates.
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining room rental balance and all guest admission fees are due on the day of the event.

Facility Rental
$150 an hour + Price of admission per person
This option allows you to rent the entire Past Times facility, providing exclusive access to our 600+ game collection on free play. Your rental includes use of the full arcade space, along with the convenience of our in-house catering services. Past Times offers a full catering menu that can be customized to suit your event, or you may opt to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also feature hand-spun milkshakes, glass-bottled sodas, our signature Past Times beer, and additional adult beverage options.
We host a wide range of events, including parties, corporate gatherings, team-building experiences, customer appreciation events, business meetings, school field trips, and more.
Private rentals are available only when Past Times is not open to the public. Availability includes Tuesdays and Wednesdays at any time, as well as Thursdays and Fridays before 4:00 PM.
A minimum booking of two hours and twenty adult admissions ($20 per person) is required for private facility rentals, unless otherwise approved by management.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold your reservation. The remaining facility rental fee and all guest admission costs will be collected on the day of your event.
